Thank you for contacting Intel Support.

Both your serial numbers are named-user system-locked. This type of serial numbers don't come with a generic license file. If you have Internet connection you can install your product by using the serial number. A license file will be created for the specific system during installation. If you don't have Internet connection during installation you can create a license file manually for that system and use it during installation. Please see: https://software.intel.com/en-us/faq/licensing#offline-ipsxe-iss-license

According to my records, your serial number for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Linux* has not yet been activated so there is no license file associated with it. As indicated above you can install the product using the serial number or generate a license file manually and use it to install the product.

As for your serial number for Intel® MPI Library for Linux*, my records indicate that a license file had been generated for that serial number. Did you already install it on your system or did you generate the license file manually? Please be advised that the license file contains unique host information (mac id) for a specific system and can be used to install the product only on that system.

If you wish to get a copy of the license file you can do it yourself by following the instructions in: https://software.intel.com/en-us/faq/licensing#download-license-file or if you wish I can send it to you.

Let me know what else can I do to assist you. Please be advised, if you want to share private information use the option "send author a message" to communicate with me.

Regards,

Noga

When I try to activate my products using the serial number, it complains that I do not have an Internet connection (which is true) and that I must activate it offline. How do I do this? The server that these 2 products are on do not have internet connectivity.

Please help.
