None of the licensing methods seems to work to upgrade my XE 2016 on OS X

Hello,

I've just downloaded the XE 2016 upgrade, trying to license it as usual. Both the complete package and the online installer do not accept my license number S66S-6******* (November 2014). 

I've tried the offline license with the full path to my license file, but it doesn't work as well.

I've tried to request a license file from the registration center. The email I've received mentions a license file attached, it reports my correct serial number but there is no license file attached.

It is the first time I experience such a problem.

I am sending your license file to you via private message.  Please try it and let me know if that allows you to install.
