Not able to download intel composer

Hello,

I have been trying to download the non-commercial intel fortran composer compiler for the last 12 hours. However, intel neither sends me the serial no nor the licence no. I am not able to download. The download page shows the following message "

This site is under revision.

Students, Academic Researchers, Educators and Professors, please go to Education Offerings

Please do let me know how to download the same?

The policy decision to withdraw this offering is discussed on Fortran and C++ forums.  One would think the site could break the news gently rather than wasting your time.
