Older SDK Referencing, how was it done?

Hi guys, I need your guidance!

I'm trying to get one of the older SDK's to work without any luck, how do you reference the right .dll?

In the newest version of the SDK you have to reference the libpxccpp2c.dll, but that file is nowhere to be found in the previous versions of the SDK.

How did you solve this back in the days? I'm really only interested in an older version due to the emotion detection being removed in the newest SDK.

Big thanks for any advice!

/Gustav

You can find this file under C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\RSSDK\bin\win32 or C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\RSSDK\bin\x64. Which SDK version are you using? Thanks!

Hi David, thanks for your reply!

The SDK version is 6.0.21.6598. It got installed here (Image 1).

The problem is that I can't find any files in there that works with visual studios "Add Reference".

VS can't find the PXCMSenseManager(Image 2).

How or what should I reference so the SenseManager can be found?

Thanks!

/Gustav

You can find it under C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\RSSDK\bin\win32 not C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\RSSDK\v6\bin\win32. Thanks!

After installing the SDK the folder you are referring to doesn't contain a RSSDK-folder, see attached image.

I don't get the option to choose where the SDK get's installed during the installation, so I guess it defaults to somewhere else?

I have installed the newest version before this, does it linger and block the installation after uninstalling?

Thanks!

Please uninstall any RealSense SDK, reboot and install the version you want.
