POST for Intel pXA27x mainstone noard

Hi

We have a Mainstone II board(Intel PXA27X Board),but we are having problems with ethernet connection.We would like to test the board with POST software for Intel PXA27x.Is some one cas give the link where from I can down load this software?

XScale Processor was no longer an Intel product. We sold Xscale product line to Marvell in 2006. Please go to visit Marvell site (http://www.marvell.com/products/cellular/) for support.
