Page is not correct show on Andriod 4.3 device

I build the app by the following setting.

Minimun android api 14 , target android api 19, crosswalk runtime (11 embedded)

but when running on the android device (4.3) , the page is not correct showing, but it is ok on android 4.4.

Can you recommend the build setting for android 4.3 ?
