Hello, I have an old copy of Visual Fortran Compiler 11.0, previously registered to someone no longer with our company.  I need to use this to recompile some code (with a minor update).  Can you reset the registration information for me?

You could make this request by submitting an issue on premier.intel.com, or possibly by submitting a request here set as private so that you can include the account information and license serial number(s) without exposing to public.
