Publishing to Apple store fail

Hi everyone..

Do i need Xcode or Application loader to publish the app?

Because when click in apple store link into the XDk it sends me to Itunes connect, i fulfill very fields there and the only error that appear to me the i click send to revisions is: "COMPILATION!    Send the compilation using Xcode 6 or Application Loader"

Or you can use Application loader on a Mac. If you have a spare Mac license, Niresh has an image you can load into a VM such as VirtualBox.
