Realsense f200 not detect

My realsense f200 not detected on my laptop but the creative audio device detected so the speech sample is fine but if i run sample that use the camera it say init failed. and the camera not detected in device manager and the safely remove icon for realsense camera is blinking when i plug the usb 3.0 and gone. is it the problem with usb 3.0? or the cable? i have try tu plug in another pc an it also happen again
