The person who managed our license files is no longer working here. All reset messages appear to go to the email address used by that person, which is no longer active.
How can we reclaim the licenses (for which we have the 2014 and 2015 era license files) and get control back for our license and registration account? How do we go about (re-)establishing an Intel Premier Support account for our organization?
The above article will show you how to transfer a license from you to a co-worker [push] or from a co-worker to yourself [pull] providing both of you share the same domain. This works for company domain names but not for general domains, such as Google, Yahoo, Hotmail etc. It also doesn't work for Academic domains where students, faculty and others may not share related work.
