I'm not able to access My Profile at the registration center (https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/register.aspx) since changing the account login.
Each time I try to login I get an error stating "Error. This account does not exist."
Facts:
- Using "Forgot Login ID" at the registration center page works and I'm getting the login ID art of my credentials by mail.
- Using "Forgot Password" at the registration center page works and I'm getting the pw change link by mail and I'm able to change the password.
- The very same credentials work when login in here at "https://software.intel.com"

Hi Kai-Chun,
I don't see a problem with your account. Where did you try to login? https://registrationcenter.intel.com ?
But I guess you need the license file to overcome the known issue with "trusted storage". I've sent it to your email. Once you have your license file (*.lic), copy it to the following folder: C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Intel\Licenses\
But please check again the login. Let me know if it still doesn't work.
Regards, Hubert.

Hi Giorgio,
I see expired evaluation and non-commercial license registrations only under your account with the referenced email. Thus access to the Intel(R) Registration Center has expired too. Or do you have registrations under a different email too?
What exactly did you want to obtain from the Intel(R) Registration Center?
Regards, Hubert.
