Requesting a license file

I have renewed the Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for C++ for windows and after registration of the product I have not received a new license file and I couldn´t obtain the license file from Intel registration center.

Which is the serial number? I don't see any registratons under your name and email. Obviously registration was not successful or you used a different login for registration. Please let me know the serial number, your login and email under which you registered (or tried to register).
