Hi, I need some help with a serial number that can't be renewed on the Registration website. Looking at the registration web site the license has been extended to Nov 8 2014 as of this past Friday as was requested. However, when I try to get the license and hover over "Manage" it doesn't let me click. Hovering over "Purchase" it says "The serial number is non-commercial and cannot be renewed." I think this was probably a non-commercial license so either that needs to be made commercial or we get another serial number that is officially commercial. I don't see a way to make this post private so please do so and I will post our login and serial number.Thanks.. this is rather urgent. Much appreciated. Brad
