Serial number is already registered problem need resolution asap

II bought Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ for Win/Linux/MacOS and I need to reinstall them in my new machine . But when I go to the registration site and log in, it tells me I don't have any registered products. When I enter the serial number of my product, it tells me the serial number is already registered, and doesn't give me an option to download my product. Now, I am stuck and need to get fix asap. What can I do ?
