Some FPGA nodes seems haven't installed BSP for board.

Hi, I'm trying to access FPGAS in nodes but some commands don't identify board, for example.  
 

@s001-n137:~$aocl diagnose
Cannot find board_env.xml in /glob/development-tools/versions/intelFPGA_pro/18.1/hls/board/a10_ref

Some other APIs don't work cause this, like aocl program among others.

Can you check this issue?
