Would it be possible that an Intel XDK mobile application uses the mobile’s system font?

I recommend you research that subject on StackOverflow. The XDK builds standard Cordova apps. If you can find a way to make a Cordova app do what you want then you can make that happen with the XDK. The XDK is simply a tool for debugging and packaging Cordova apps, nothing special is added underneath or on top.
