This is our legacy build system. Would you attempt to update your app to our Cordova iOS build system? Our legacy builders are no longer being updated.

Make sure the bundleID you gave the XDK matches what you created for the provisioning profile on apples developer portal.

For Cordova builds, you need to enter the bundleID, exactly like you entered it on the apple developer portal. You DO NOT need to add the prefix that apple assigns, which is JV3.....KV
Remove that from your bundleID in the XDK, re-upload and try to build again.

Are you sure you are using a DISTRIBUTION certificate and a provisioning profile that is associated with that certificate?
Are you able to build a simple iOS cordova app?

1. The first video the (at least the first issue) issue is that you correctly created a distribution certificate, however, whatever provisioning profile you have included is not valid. You must make the provisioning profile AFTER you make the distribution cert. If you look at the apple developer portal, it will say that the provisioning profile is Invalid/Expired.
2. The second video is way off. There is a difference between the Cordova build (first video) and the Legacy builds (part of the second video). When you click the build tab, you are given the option to build Cordova or Legacy builds. The Legacy builds will soon be going away all together, so stay away from them. They are old, outdated, and not really maintained, hence the removal soon.
Stick to building the Cordova iOS app and try giving what I told you in step 1. a try and report back with results.
