I have a very unhappy experience with the real sense camera V2. I don't know why the the image is frozen suddenly even when I just run the capture view. At the beginning, I tried to unplug and plugin the camera several times and it worked for some time if I always keep the capture view running. But from last week, I don't know why the camera only work about 10 seconds even when I just run the capture view. I don't why? could you please help me or give me some clu?
I download and install the newest sdk(4.0.0.52526) depth camera Manager(1.3.20) and my OS is windows8.1
