This serial number has been registered to another email domain

Hi,

I am getting the following error when I try add a S/N to my account:

 

Error
This serial number has been registered to another email domain. If you feel you have received this message in error, visit our Support Site.
 
Can you either tell me which email address domain my S/N has been registered to or reset it for me please?
