Transfer of Intel VTune license

I tried to transfer my license of vtune to a colleague, but after submitting the request, my colleague did not receive any email notification.

When I tried to register the product using the serial number, I received an error message informing me that the product has already been registered.

I would appreciate assistance on this issue.

Let me know the serial number of that licnese. Please answer via "Send Author A Message" to protect confidential data.
