Trouble installation

I got an educators license by email and am trying to install: I get the following error message with username and last 4 of the product code blanked out:

Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2016 Update 2 Cluster Edition for Windows* Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error(s).

  Windows Installer failed to configure product:
    Error message: The specified account already exists. 
    Error code: 1603
    Product code: 1E0C7916-6116-4F31-8B5C-7C4C12F6****
    Module name: parallel_studio_xe_2016_update2_setup

Installer logs location: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\pset_tmp_PSXE2016_[username]\2016.04.06_13.03.05_0000188c\log\

What can I do?

Hi,

I've got the feedback from our backend:

Please ask customer to find original package of installed Composer XE 2013 SP1 (package 190) and uninstall it by launching setup.exe from package.

And then try to install PSXE 2016 again.
