Unable to create Android keystore Intel XDK 3900

Multiple errors trying to create a new keystore, the application is not showing the required fields in the creation phase. 

Could you please make available the previous version somewhere on the web?

You do not have to use the XDK to create a keystore. You can create your own and upload it into the XDK. Please see the pointers in this document for some good instructions > https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/docs/build-xdk-app-with-phonegap-cordova-cli < specifically > http://docs.phonegap.com/phonegap-build/signing/android/#generating-a-private-key < which is written for Windows but works identically for OSX and Linux.

I just figured out what is wrong, the dialog box has shrunken and there is a hard to see scrollbar that will allow you to see the other fields. See the images below:
