Unable to login to Registration Center.

I have a license for the Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition.

When I try logging into the Registration Center, I get an "Error. This account does not exist".

I did receive the license file and I installed the new version of the product. However, I am interested in obtaining an older version of one of the products(Intel Inspector 2013)  but I am unable to log in to get it.

Can somebody please help me.

Hi Raj,

What is the S.NO of your product ? I can't see any commercial/academic license product associated with your account.

We don't maintain accounts for EVAL licenses.
