Unable to register my product in the Registration Center

When I attempt to register my product at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/register.aspx, the message "Please wait..." briefly appears, then disappears, but nothing else happens.  This behavior occurs regardless of which browser I'm using, as I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE8.

Which SN did you want to register? Pls. let me know the serial number via 'Send Author A Message'. Thanks, Hubert.

I am getting this same behavior when I try to register a serial number.  Is there a fix in place?
