Uploading to iTunes Connect

I have an app that runs successfully through the Preview tool on an iPad, but on uploading to iTunes Connect using Application Loader, the Apple reviewers keep rejecting it.

Has anyone successfully uploaded XDK HTML5 app successfully to the Apple store?

Tons of people have successfully submitted to the app store. When Apple rejects your app, they provide you with a reason via email. Why did they reject your app?

I have submitted successfully it to apple itunes, but have failed many times too.

they provide the reason why your app got rejected.. So it's really important to make sure you are making your app according to the guidelines.
