Virtualization for Celeron J3160

Hi! i have to buy a minipc with a Celeron J3160, i wish to use this compact computer to project e realize app for adroid a ios, and i need virtualization to better use google android studio and test with virtual mobile device.
I have read that virtualization tecnology is supported by this processor, but i have read in this pagehttp://ark.intel.com/it/products/91533/Intel-Celeron-Processor-J3160-2M-Cache-up-to-2_24-GHz, that virtualization for direct i/o is not supported. could you confirm if i need this other tecnology for correctly testing my app in a virtual device or is enought the simple virtualization tecnology?
