We can't install Intel Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux due to license problems

We want to install Intel Parallel Studio XE on our CentOS 7 cluster. Although we are using an evaluate license, which is valid until the 18th Juli, the response of the installer is:

The license file(s) you provided is not valid for this product.

We also tried to activate using the serial number, which caused the same error. The error is occurring with the online and the full package installer. We ran the installer both in root mode and in user mode.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

Can you set INTEL_LMD_DEBUG=/tmp/license.log, try the install again, and then send me the log file in a private message?  I don't see an issue with your licenses, and that should give me all the information to figure out the problem.

Thank you,

Jennifer
