We have purchased an upgrade - Registration does not recognize old Serial no.

Sirs,

We upgraded Intel compiler (2 float lic) to Intel Cluster Studio for Linux (2 float lic.)

When I connect to the registration center - I enter the old serial number ...

Get a message that the serial number is not recognized ...

Another empolyee (now seperated from Repsol) setup the old license file.
I'm sure the old serial numbers where regestered to his id.

Further, our email domains are slightly different:

Mine corp email: ronald.reeder@servexternos.repsol.com

Prior employee: tony.katz@repsol.com

Additionally, these licenses are for a Quorum - Three license servers.
