What is the best method to implement a cursor movement?

Hi, I'm working on an application in Unity and I'm trying to add a custom cursor which is tracking my hand, more precisely the wrist joint. I have modified the parameters for smoothing and increased the world dimensions but so far I'm not satisfied with the overall functionality. The cursor movement is not very accurate, even when I try to hold my hand fixed, the cursor is shaking continuously. 

I have saw some presentations of apps that seems to handle well the cursor movement, one example is Magic Doodle Pad , I don't know how did they do it so steady.
