When will ICC/IPP/TBB/MKL be supported for Android* development?

Whether is there a schedule to provide ICC/IPP/TBB/MKL to support Android* development for higher performance and lower power usage?

We are investigating making the Intel C++Compiler, Intel Integrated Performance Primitives(IPP), Intel Math Kernel Library, and Intel Threading Building Blocks, as well as our performance analysistoools, availalbe for Android, but we don't have any firm plans to share at this point.
