from the context of your previous posts I think your question is related to XDK (and not debug solutions). Hence I'm forwarding this thread to the XDK forum.
Google this "extract sha1 fingerprint from android build certificate" and you'll find a bunch of articles explaining how to get your fingerprint, as well as this article from Google > https://developers.google.com/games/services/console/enabling#c_specify_client_id_settings <. The XDK provides you with a way to download the build certificate you used to build your app and from which you can extract the fingerprint you need.
There is nothing wrong, it is an Android Java Keystore file. I have deleted it from this post, this is not something you want to share publicly, it uniquely identifies the apps that you submit to the store.
