Where to download license manager?

Got the license links for the products I need, but the setup portion of that asks about a license manager... When I go to Registration Center Download Center, I don't see a way to option the license manager. Is there a direct download link for this? Does the license manager need a separate license?

You can find the license manager at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/Download.aspx?productid=2080&pass=yes ,

Another license is not needed.
