Why cant I compile anything ?

I tried to download Visual Studio 2016, but something went wrong with it.

my license is:

R4BB-********* (1).lic

So I went back and reinstalled the older Fortran, but I cant run that either.

(it was 2013 SP1 update 6 from last year.)

Since my current license file is good up thru 1/22/2017, why am I having these problems?

I think the Visual studio is trying to run the latest compiler, but for some reason the license file wont allow that.

Hello,

I will send you a private message regarding your license file.  Your license was recently upgraded to the 2016 version and you have a new serial number.

Regards,

Jennifer

I tried to respond, but it told me the URL was illegal when I clicked on the link.

Anyway, I also considered it closed.
