Windows 10 depth camera manager error code -4

Hello, I have a macbook pro 2014 (has a USB 3.0 port), windows 10 and intel realsense developer kit camera. When trying to install DCM 1.4 I receive fail firmware upgrade error code -4. How can I solve the issue?
