Windows 8 build fails after 2170 update

I have a problem to build a Windows Phone 8 hybrid mobile application platform legacy after 2170 update, before I could do, but now I do not know what happens .....

Anyelse can help me in this matter ?

The Windows 8 and Windows 8 Phone legacy build options are not working at this time. Please see this post: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/560403
