Windows uninstallation of Parallel Studio XE 2017 u2

I am unable to uninstall Parallel Studio XE 2017. I get the following screen:

The same screen appears if I try to repair the installation first. The same screen appears regardless if I run installer from add/remove programs or setup.exe from disk. I tried the tool from microsoft : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed which was suggested in one of the posts but without luck. The setup ends right at the first component (I think it writes something about sortcuts).

Help is really welcome as I really need to remove it.

Could you please attach installer logs specified in the above screen? Do you have any previous versions of the Intel Software install on the system?

There was no previsous installation of the Parallel studio on the system.
