XDK app designer not working correctly

I have created a new project based on the ionic framework. I used the app designer to drag and drop controls. I have added a second page and dropped controls there also. But I want to go back to page 1 (main page) in the designer, I can't return to page 2 (bookingslistpage). I tried to restart the xdk but now I can't even drag and drop controls. What am I doing wrong here? I have no code writen I just drag and drop controls. See my screenshot for more information.

Please try using the Twitter Bootstrap framework, instead. The Ionic and Framework7 options are more difficult to work with.

Did you edit the HTML directly at all?

I tried what you described several times, and it works great. Multiple pages, different controls, no problems.

If I had to hazard a guess I would guess that you made some edit to the HTML directly and perhaps broke it. Try copy/pasting your code into https://validator.w3.org/ to see if there are any problems.

Hi Chris, thank you for your answer. I did edit the html. I have drag and dropped an image and set another image to that control. Now I can see my second page. There's a problem I always encounter here. When I add a page via the designer. In the beginning I can switch between them design time. But after a while it isn't possible. I deleted the other page and added a new one. Now I can see the controls. But in design time I can't switch between the 2 controls. Any suggestions?

App Designer has been retired. Please see the release notes > https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/docs/release-notes-information-intel-xdk < and we suggest you update to the latest version > http://xdk.intel.com <
