access denied on support after authenticated

Hello,

i'm registered on the support. During a problem on my server, the tool said:

Please refer http://software.intel.com/sites/support/ for more information..

this url redirects to https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/559995 but i got:

Access denied

You are not authorized to access this page.

and when going to support portal: https://businessportal.intel.com/irj/portal/IntelPremierSupportUser, i cannot submit a request, because no product is related to my account.

Hello,

I have refreshed your Premier support access and you should be able to select a product now.  Can you confirm?

I am not sure why you are getting the Access Denied error on https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/559995 - it should redirect you to the login page if you weren't logged in.  After logging in, are you able to view it?

ok it works now, not sure if it is related to your action, or my action by going to registration center, and add my email as Administrator, after owner.
