can i tracked face analysis from load file image 2D

hello i want to ask about whether I could detect facial feature points from 2D images instead ofnot from the catch face the camera ??

I tried an experiment similar to this a few days ago in Unity.  I pointed the camera at a video of myself playing on the screen to see if my camera-programmed objects in Unity responded to them, and nothing happened.  So I think the camera probably needs a real 3D face.

I would like to ask again,

Can if the image data from the camera catches replaced with ordinary image taken from load image data from my computer using face analysis program

so, face feature points can be displayed from the input image.
so we can get the results of face feature points from two source images that catches of the 3D camera and load the image data from our computer.
