can't create project on Mac

Hi, I installed the latest version XDK 3400 on Mac OS X version 10.11.5. But always got 

Error creating project: Error copying tmp directory contents to project: Could not copy directory: /var/folders/l5/fgn5dm7x54vf4lkg_lhmnz780000gn/T/tmp-92475hkkkkg/unzip/templates

Found some post mentioned same issue on windows. But don't know how to fix this issue on OS X. Please help.

When I've seen this error it has always been a temporary condition. Usually all that needs to be done is to restart the XDK. You might also try rebooting your Mac. If that does not help, please repost here.
