cannot access my registered product

I have Intel Fortran Composer XE 2013.  When I login and try to look for update downloads at https://registrationcenter.intel.com it tells me it's not in my list of registered products, but when I try to register it with my serial number it tells me it's already registered.  Help?

I have exactly the same issue, and I'm starting to get very unhappy about it.
