cannot detect hand tracking (Intel realsense camera)

my intel realsense camera cannot detect hand tracking, if using that is very dark. if my hands closer than 1cm, it can be detected but it is not clearly. if I compare with my friend camera red lights are very dim.beg solution to my problems.
