cant add reference in UWP

i am using intel realsense SR300. When i create a new project(UWP) and add a reference "Intel.Realsense.winmd" from sample of UWP ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\RSSDK\framework\UWP\ExtensionSDKs\Intel.RealSense\10.0.26.396\references\commonconfiguration\neutral),but it does not work at all and giving a error text 

"An exception of type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' occurred in System.Private.Interop.dll but was not handled in user code.

Additional information: Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154).

If there is a handler for this exception, the program may be safely continued."

 

How to solve this problem?
