downloading cloudera mkl parcel extremely slow

Hi, I'm downloading the MKL parcel using the Cloudera Manager. However, it's extremely slow, only downloaded 4.7MB the whole last night. I think there's something wrong with the network issue from China. Could you please offer a download link outside Cloudera Manager? I can download outside CM and activate the parcel in a offline way.
