Clone mode is exposed via the Intel Graphics property pages where it can be enabled and disabled. The option will only be visible if the system has multiple monitors installed. I am looking into weather or not an application interface is available via the property pages, stay tuned.

Can you control clone mode in the Intel display interface on the system you are using? If you don't have that option chances are pretty good that you wouldn't be able to programmatically control it (it's not exposed in the driver).

i can set clone mode in the intel ui
On an HP system they have an HP app called quick launch buttons that HP wrote to make a mode change to clone mode via an api call to the intel cui
