installation Hang : intel parallel studio XE 2016 update 3

Hi

I have recently registered for intel parallel studio  XE 2016 update 3,  for a Linux SuSE machine [13.2] and

when I tried the installation [using text mode / GUI] it really hangs and hence I couldnt complete the installation.

The problematic step is the one which I enter the LICENSE number -after it really takes a long time and do nothing.

Previously I had installed an intel Parallel studio version and I removed manually it [without using uninstall.sh script].

Did it created the problem? Can anyone help?
