Hi sivan,
I have just tested the Intel Intrinsic Guide download for all three operating systems, and the download completed successfully. From where are you trying to download the file (both the URL of the file and the URL of the page containing the link to the file)? What browser (including version) are you using?
Sincerely,

Hi Sivan,
That is a question better asked in the Intel AVX and CPU Instructions forum.

I had the same problem on my win7 x64 machine. I've solved it by removing x86 version of java and installing the latest x64 one.
