i registered my product on intel regrastertion center and get email :
"We appreciate your Intel product registration. There is a delay for the final configuration of your support account. Please wait approximately 1 hour and click here to complete the configuration.
"
i waited about a hour and still cant access intel premir support.
please advice.

now when i try to enter intel primier support site i get the next page:

i put the right user id and password but kepp geting : "logon is invalid"

I'm very sorry, we do our best to sanitize your account. You should get to Premier Support right after the first login. You shouldn't see another login inside IPS.

Unfortunately we cannot solve the problem actually as we ran into a deadlock situation. The only quick solution would be to create a new account with different name, but same email domain for you. So please let me know if you could provide an anlternative email address. If yes, please answer and tell me the email via "Send Author A Message".

What you also could try out is to reset your password here: https://signin.intel.com/PasswordReset.aspx
and try to login with a new password at the Intel® Premier Support https://premier.intel.com.
If this doesn't help request a login reset via https://signin.intel.com/ForgottenLogin.aspx.

i'm bit confused, does it possible to open new account with new user name but same email address?
(I would like to note that i succeed to login to intel registration center with the current user name and password.)

That's actually the problem. You can login to the Intel® Registration Center, but you cannot use this login for the Intel® Premier Support webpage due to a deadlock on that end. So I suggested to use an alternative email address (if possible and you have one) to set up a new account which is well synchronized across the registration center and premier support.
