invalid serial number and license file for Intel C++ Studio XE for Linux*

I just download aIntel C++ Studio XE for Linux* via toolan and is currently trying to install it in my Ubuntu 11.04 32 bit OS. However, when it prompt for license, I find out that the serial number mailed to me is invalid. So is the license file. What should I do?

same goes with my installation ofIntel Embedded Software Development Tool Suite for Intel Atom Processor
