mailto Er Unkown URL Scheme

Hello. 
I'm new so please bear with me. I have tried and read a bunch.

email me

isn't working in android :/ I have the inappbrowser plugin installed, and have the white-list wild carded and added the mailto access intent, I have tried adding:

access launch-external="yes" origin="mailto:*"

Adding that to my config.xml makes no difference, changing the target: _self _blank _system makes no difference. the webpage at mailto:someone@yoursite.com?yada yada could not be loaded because net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

It works in the emulator, build it install it and no.

I recommend you try using the "Create and Launch an Email" plugin in the "featured plugins" list. It will work better for you.
